The legend of Ho -Oh

The legend of Ho-Oh:
In Johto,there is a tower called the tin tower.It caught fire.Three Pokemon were trapped in that tower.Ho-Oh watched this in saddness.He brought them back to life as different spirits but only if they promise something to Ho-Oh:that they would watch the world and see if all pokemon and humans have became friends.If this happens then the bells in the tin tower will ring and Ho-Oh will return.Thease pokemon were Suicune,Entei and Raikou.This is a picture of Ho-Oh,Suicune,Entei and Raicou:

was the episode called Ho-Oh for the bells toll because ive seen that!
