Forum/Chat Court

Forum courts will be held in chat. There will be 3-5 voters. If a mod/admin is accused or an accuser they can't vote.
The voters will be:
Mods/chat mods/admins on at the time.
If we don't have 3, we will ask spectators.
The highest ranking person there will be a judge. Admins, if none are there, mods, then Jr. Mods, then chat mods. (note, group moderators are leaders of each group.)

DURING COURT DO NOT TALK WITHOUT PERMISSION. 3 KICKS THEN BAN FOR REST OF COURT. IF THE ACCUSED GIVE TO MUCH TROUBLE THEY WILL BE BANNED WITH NO TRIAL.

How a person gets to court:
Moderators are free to call the court in session at any time they wish to against any user as long as they have evidence of something they can use against you. They will call you to court more particularly if you are insulting them.
If you are a regular user and you are being bothered by someone on the forums, you may bring a case to the moderators and we will ask questions to both people/parties.
In general, we are basically running this like a real court. We take the evidence against the person accused. We here arguments. We vote. The moderators take a vote on guilty or not guilty. The judge is the one who will deliver a sentence.

Also, The regular users may bring complaints against a moderator, if so desired as well. If enough users complain, or if mods complain about other mods, we'll have an impeachment trial on the moderator in question.
